Conduct initial review of contracts to ensure that key terms align with the baseline of the legal team and to proofread for errors and cross-references
Draft memorandum regarding contractual terms prior to execution
Coordinate with external parties in KYC and transaction completion processes
Provide administrative support to the legal team including project filing and record keeping, maintaining and updating computer database, typing of comments for simple contracts, handling contract and document courier, expenses reimbursement and payment requisition forms, business travel schedule and arrangement, flight bookings, invoices, stationery supplies, conference room arrangement etc
Assist in tender ad hoc tasks such as research and company secretarial matters when required
Job Requirements:
F.6 graduates preferably with minimum 2 years of related experience
Legal background and / or company secretarial background would be highly preferred
Self-motivated, responsible, able to work under pressure with tight timeline
